summer || autumn

Summer has been so good to me. But Autumn is calling my name. I'm ready for cooler weather, jackets, scarves, boots, and neutral colors.

 lightning storms and pouring rain//a quick trip to california//discovering my love of lower-case letters//endeavor//collages in my journal//sunsets and pool parties//the beautiful luxury of wearing pajamas all day, every day//writing poetry//long car rides//reading lots of good books//

I'm so excited for Autumn, I can't stand it. I'm moving forward into the unknown, which feels slightly strange, since I tend to live in my memories. But here I am, stepping into the new. 

And it's so exciting.

p.s. oh, and Mumford and Son's song "I Will Wait"? Basically the soundtrack of my existence. Amen.
